Terms of service

Last updated 24 July 2026 · Healthcare DealHub is operated by Scope Research.

These terms govern your use of Healthcare DealHub. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

What the service is

Healthcare DealHub publishes benchmarking tools and directories built from public data — Medicare cost reports, CMS public use files, insurance rate filings, and similar sources. Some modules are free to read; others have paid tiers that unlock additional depth.

These are benchmarks, not advice. Every figure we publish is derived from public filings and reports. Those sources are self-reported by the filing organizations, are not audited by us, and commonly lag current conditions by 12 to 18 months. Our figures are reference points for research and negotiation. They are not quotes, not valuations, not actuarial opinions, and not legal, financial, insurance, or medical advice. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for a transaction, a policy decision, or a filing. Where a number matters, check the primary source — we cite it on every page so you can.

Accounts

You need an account to subscribe. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person — do not share credentials. Tell us at support@healthcaredealhub.com if you think your account has been used without your permission.

Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

  • Paid modules are sold as annual subscriptions unless stated otherwise at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price.
  • You can cancel at any time before renewal through the billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues to the end of the term you have paid for.

Refunds

  • Subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time before renewal to avoid the next charge, and you keep access for the remainder of the term you have already paid for.
  • One-time purchases are non-refundable — for example a single-specialty unlock.
  • One-time purchases credit toward an upgrade. If you later buy all-access for the same module while your one-time purchase is still current, we credit the unused portion of what you paid against the upgrade, prorated by the time remaining.

If a charge looks wrong, email us. We would rather fix a genuine billing error than argue about it.

Acceptable use

You may use the data for your own research, analysis and business decisions, including work you do for clients. You may not:

  • Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract the paid data.
  • Resell, redistribute, or republish the paid data as a dataset or competing product.
  • Share your login, or provide access to people who have not paid for it.
  • Attempt to bypass any access control, or access data you have not paid for.

Quoting individual figures with attribution — in a report, a memo, a negotiation — is fine and encouraged. Republishing the underlying dataset is not.

Broker introductions

Where a module offers to match you with an insurance broker, we pass your details to one independent broker as described in our privacy policy. We are not an insurance broker or agent, we do not place coverage, and we are not party to any policy you subsequently buy. Any advice you receive comes from that broker, not from us.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. If we discontinue a paid module during a term you have paid for, we will refund the unused portion.

Intellectual property

The underlying public data belongs to whoever filed it. Our compilations, derived benchmarks, methodology, software and presentation are ours. Your subscription grants a licence to use them as described above, not ownership.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scope Research is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects existing subscribers we will give notice by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
