Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and who else sees it. We have tried to write it plainly rather than defensively. If something here is unclear, email support@healthcaredealhub.com and we will answer.
What we collect
When you create an account
- Your email address and a password, handled by our authentication provider. We never see your password.
- Which modules you have access to, and when that access started and ends.
When you subscribe or buy
- A customer record with our payment processor, linked to your email.
- Subscription and purchase history — what you bought, when, and the amount.
Card numbers go directly to our payment processor. They never reach our servers and we cannot see them.
When you use the tools
- Figures you type into a calculator (for example a premium you are checking) are used to produce your result. Except where you submit them with a broker request, they are not stored against your account.
When you request a broker match
On the Medical Liability module you can ask to be matched with an insurance broker. If you do, we collect and store your email, your specialty and state, the premium you entered, the benchmark shown on that page, your renewal timing if you gave it, and the page you submitted from.
What we do not collect
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- No purchase of personal data about you from third parties.
- No health information about patients. Every figure we publish is derived from public, de-identified filings and reports.
Cookies and local storage
We use browser local storage to keep you signed in between visits. That is a functional requirement of having an account, not analytics. Our payment processor may set cookies during checkout to complete the transaction and prevent fraud.
Who processes your data
- Supabase — accounts, authentication, and our database.
- Stripe — payments, subscriptions, and billing records.
- Netlify — website hosting and delivery.
- SendGrid — transactional email, including broker-match notifications.
- A vetted insurance broker — only for broker-match submissions, as described above.
How long we keep it
Account and billing records are kept while your account exists and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require. Broker-match submissions are kept so we can service the introduction and answer questions about it later. You can ask us to delete either at any time.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete your account and associated data. We will keep only what we must for tax and accounting records.

Children
These are professional research tools. They are not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects existing subscribers, tell you by email.
