Zydus Lifesciences acquires Amplitude Surgical

Zydus Lifesciences has acquired Amplitude Surgical, a medical device company with approximately €100 million in revenue. Amplitude Surgical develops and distributes orthopedic, interventional cardiology, and nephrology devices and solutions. The deal value was not disclosed. Zydus said the acquisition strengthens its presence in orthopedics and interventional fields and diversifies its business into the medical device sector.
