Xcellon Biologics acquires GMP manufacturing facility from NextCure

Xcellon Biologics signed a definitive agreement to acquire a GMP biologics manufacturing facility from NextCure, Inc. The facility houses two 1,000-liter single-use bioreactors, a bioconjugation suite, high-throughput process development capabilities with advanced robotics, and analytical and characterization laboratories. The acquisition enables Xcellon to offer integrated discovery-to-clinical-supply services as a full end-to-end CRDMO for bioconjugates and complex biologics. Deal value was not disclosed.
