Westcliff University acquires Pacific College nursing school

Westcliff University has acquired Pacific College, a Costa Mesa-based nursing school, in a deal with financial terms not disclosed. Pacific College offers vocational, associate, bachelor's and master's-level nursing and healthcare education programs and reported a 95.83% NCLEX-RN pass rate for the 2024-25 academic year. Pacific College will retain its educational focus while gaining access to Westcliff's academic programs and institutional resources. The acquisition expands Westcliff's healthcare education operations, which now includes a College of Nursing campus in Corona with simulation-based clinical training facilities.
