Vital Infrastructure Property Trust to acquire East New York Health Hub for $89.9 million

Canadian firm Vital Infrastructure Property Trust completed the acquisition of the East New York Health Hub in Brooklyn, New York for $89.9 million. The East New York Health Hub is a 142,000 square-foot, seven-storey integrated community health center operator providing outpatient medical services. The property is 100% leased with approximately 11 years of remaining lease term. The acquisition marks the REIT's first U.S. purchase in several years.
