Viome acquires Circulate Health in undisclosed deal

Viome Life Sciences has acquired Circulate Health, an outpatient therapeutic plasma exchange provider. Circulate Health operates a nationwide network of clinics delivering physician-guided TPE treatments targeting chronic disease and healthspan. The acquisition combines Viome's molecular diagnostic and precision nutrition platform with Circulate Health's therapeutic plasma exchange services and clinical partner network.
