Valerio Therapeutics to acquire Etherna for $32.4 million

Valerio Therapeutics announced it has signed a definitive share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of Etherna Immunotherapies NV for an enterprise value of €30 million, according to a company press release. The acquisition will be settled through a combination of cash and shares. Valerio has secured €40.25 million in private investment in public equity financing to fund the cash portion of the transaction and support development activities.
