Joerns Healthcare sells Netherlands operations to Avance Care Group

Joerns Healthcare has sold its Netherlands-based sales and service operations to Avance Care Group. Joerns Healthcare provides healthcare equipment and care-enhancing technologies to North American markets. The transaction is part of a strategic portfolio realignment that will allow Joerns to concentrate resources and investment on its core North American operations. Financial terms were not disclosed.
