Linden Capital Partners has acquired ArtesRx, a specialty pharmacy operator, from Flexpoint Ford. ArtesRx operates 16 pharmacy locations across 15 states serving patients nationwide. The company expanded from three pharmacies in one state during Flexpoint's ownership through organic growth and acquisition activity. Deal value was not disclosed.
