Lifepoint Health to transition Fauquier Health to HealthSpan Partners, making it network partner of Bon Secours Mercy Health

Lifepoint Health has signed an agreement to transition ownership of Fauquier Health to HealthSpan Partners, which will make it a network partner of Bon Secours Mercy Health. Fauquier Health operates the county's only hospital, a 97-bed facility in Warrenton, Virginia, along with several satellite offices and a senior living center. The health system was founded in 1925 and has been owned by Tennessee-based Lifepoint Health since 2013.
