DermCare Management and U.S. Dermatology Partners complete strategic combination to form large dermatology group

DermCare Management and U.S. Dermatology Partners have completed a strategic transaction combining their operations. DermCare Management provides practice-management services to dermatology providers and partners with more than 270 dermatologists across Florida, Texas, Virginia, North Carolina and California, serving more than one million patients. U.S. Dermatology Partners operates dermatology practices across 12 states and serves more than two million patients annually. The combined entity is one of the largest dermatology groups in the U.S.
