Trusted Health acquires ShiftOS to add AI-based scheduling system to workforce platform

Trusted Health has acquired the technology, intellectual property and other assets of ShiftOS, a healthcare workforce management software vendor. ShiftOS offers Holly, an AI-based scheduling agent that automates employee scheduling, shift management, paid-time-off requests, license tracking and compliance monitoring for hospitals and health systems. Trusted plans to integrate Holly into Trusted Works, its staffing and scheduling optimization platform, to accelerate schedule generation and expand automation across the healthcare staffing lifecycle. Financial terms were not disclosed.
