Tri-Imaging acquires Trust Medical

Tri-Imaging has acquired Trust Medical, an outsourced services company specializing in MRI equipment. Trust Medical supplies MRI inventory, repair, and testing services. The companies said the combination will expand MRI capabilities and enhance inventory, repair, and testing offerings. Deal value was not disclosed.
