Tareen Dermatology acquires Fargo Center for Dermatology

Tareen Dermatology announced it has acquired Fargo Center for Dermatology, expanding the regional practice to 14 locations across Minnesota, Wisconsin and North Dakota. Fargo Center for Dermatology provides medical, surgical, cosmetic and other dermatological services to patients in the Fargo-Moorhead region and surrounding North Dakota area. Founded by board-certified dermatologist Dr. Rachel Ness 18 years ago, the practice will continue operating under its current name as part of Tareen Dermatology. Deal value was not disclosed.
