Sustainable Medical Billing acquires RevCycle Partners, a revenue cycle management services provider for optometry practices

Sustainable Medical Billing, LLC has acquired RevCycle Partners, Inc., a revenue cycle management services provider specializing in billing and credentialing services for optometry practices. RevCycle Partners serves more than 400 optometry practices throughout the U.S. Prior to closing, RevCycle's software business, OneSpot, was separated into an independent company that will continue developing technology solutions for the eyecare market. RevCycle's leadership team, including co-founder and executive vice president Christine Schneider, will continue to support clients following the acquisition.
