SlateView Capital acquires Meadowbrook at Agoura Hills in first deal

SlateView Capital, a newly formed real estate investment firm founded by Azhar Jameeli and Kendall Young, has acquired Meadowbrook at Agoura Hills. Deal value was not disclosed. Meadowbrook is a 156-unit assisted living and memory care community located in Agoura Hills, California. SlateView plans significant reinvestment in the property including renovations to resident units, common areas and amenity spaces, and has stated plans to deploy approximately $500 million over the next 24 months with additional acquisitions in its pipeline.
