Skylight Health acquires intellectual property assets of Saffron Health

Skylight Health has acquired certain intellectual property assets of Saffron Health, a referral automation company. Saffron Health develops artificial intelligence technology that automates referral management workflows including authorization submission, appointment scheduling, patient coordination, and clinical documentation retrieval. The acquisition completes Skylight's closed-loop referral management process as part of its multispecialty orchestration platform. Deal value was not disclosed.
