Sheridan has acquired Carolina Components Group, a medical device contract manufacturing and component supplier. The deal value was not disclosed. Carolina Components Group serves the healthcare industry through contract manufacturing and component supply services. Sheridan partner and co-founder Sean Dempsey said he anticipates strong market interest in the asset as Sheridan scales it.
