Sage Dental acquires nine Monticciolo Family and Sedation Dentistry practices in Tampa Bay expansion

Sage Dental has acquired nine dental practices from Monticciolo Family and Sedation Dentistry. The target operates general, family, and sedation dentistry services across locations in Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas and Manatee/Sarasota counties in the Tampa Bay region. The nine acquired locations will be rebranded under Sage Dental and integrated into the company's technology platform and operational infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands Sage Dental's supported network to more than 160 dental practices across the Southeast.
