New York startup Radial acquires Mindful Health Solutions

Radial, a New York City-based startup, has acquired outpatient mental health operator Mindful Health Solutions. Mindful Health Solutions provides transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), therapy, medication management, psychiatry, and interventional psychiatry services including esketamine and IV ketamine infusion therapy. The combined company operates 27 sites and will be led by Radial CEO John Capecelatro, with Mindful Health Solutions Chief Medical Officer Dr. Tobias Marton retaining that title. Financial terms were not disclosed.
