Philips International acquires Nash Group, Chicago-area healthcare staffing firm

Philips International, a Great Neck, New York-based firm, has acquired Nash Group, a Chicago-area healthcare workforce consulting and staffing company. Nash Group provides recruitment services, scheduling tools, and workforce analytics solutions to hospitals and healthcare organizations, with specialization in international nurse recruitment. The acquisition is part of Philips International's healthcare-focused M&A strategy that began last year. Terms were not disclosed.
