Pennant Group acquires River Centre Assisted Living in Tucson

Pennant Group, Inc. announced it acquired the real estate and operations of River Centre Assisted Living, a 63-unit assisted living community in Tucson, Arizona, effective August 1, 2026. Deal terms were not disclosed. The acquisition adds to Pennant's senior living portfolio in what the company described as a strong and growing market. River Centre will continue serving residents under Pennant's operations.
