OrthoPediatrics Corp has acquired Chesterfield-based SpineCorporation, a manufacturer of spinal orthotics and bracing solutions for spinal conditions. The deal value was not disclosed. Hawsons Corporate Finance advised SpineCorporation's shareholders, with Knights providing legal counsel to the sellers. Dentons acted as legal adviser to OrthoPediatrics, with Saffery providing tax and financial due diligence support to the buyer.
