Novant Health acquires Wilmington Surgical Associates

Novant Health has acquired Wilmington Surgical Associates, a surgical physician group practice in Wilmington, North Carolina. The group provides general, breast, oncologic, bariatric, wound care, and vein care services and will operate as a Novant Health affiliate. Wilmington Surgical Associates relocated to a new 20,000-square-foot facility in 2024 and has maintained privileges at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center. The existing surgical team will remain with the practice.
