Meridian acquires 55 E. California Boulevard medical office building for $13.35 million

Meridian has acquired the 32,052-square-foot medical office building located adjacent to Huntington Hospital in Pasadena, California for approximately $13.35 million. The building operator provides space for physicians and outpatient healthcare providers. Concurrent with the acquisition, Meridian finalized a 10-year lease with The Huntington Physicians, A Medical Care Foundation Organization, covering approximately 10,619 square feet on the building's second floor. The acquisition followed nearly a year of planning and entitlement work, including a zoning text amendment approved by the City of Pasadena in June 2026 that converted the property's use to a conforming use within the applicable zoning district.
