M-One Capital makes minority investment in Shared Practices Group

M-One Capital, a private equity firm, has made a minority investment in Shared Practices Group, a dental services organization with 48 locations across 26 states. Shared Practices Group provides operational, administrative, marketing, technology, and clinical support services to affiliated de novo denture and implant practices. The company said the investment will provide capital and resources to expand its network of affiliated practices and invest in technology and clinical support infrastructure. Terms were not disclosed.
