LUX Infusion acquires Infuse IQ to expand ambulatory infusion network

LUX Infusion has acquired Infuse IQ, a Wyoming-based ambulatory infusion services provider. Infuse IQ operates six clinic locations and delivers infusion and injection treatments across more than ten medical specialties. The acquisition expands LUX Infusion's national ambulatory infusion footprint and its ability to serve patients and referring providers across multiple communities. Deal value was not disclosed.
