LiveWell Partners acquires Michigan Community VNA Home Health and Hospice

LiveWell Partners has acquired Michigan Community VNA Home Health and Hospice, marking the company's third acquisition in Michigan. Michigan Community VNA provides skilled nursing, therapy, palliative care and hospice services in the Detroit metropolitan area. The organization will retain its current name and leadership under LiveWell's operating model, which allows acquired companies to maintain their community identities while accessing shared clinical, operational and technology resources. Financial terms were not disclosed.
