LEO Pharma, backed by Nordic Capital, will acquire dersimelagon rights from Tanabe, owned by Bain Capital, for $435 million. Tanabe is a pharmaceutical company with dermatology drug assets. LEO Pharma serves close to 100 million patients in more than 70 countries annually.
