LatchBio has acquired TwentyTwo, a software company that develops specialized tools for biosecurity applications. The deal, finalized June 29, 2026, establishes a new division called Latch Biosecurity. TwentyTwo founders Harmon Bhasin, Evan Seeyave, and John Wang have joined LatchBio as part of the acquisition. Financial terms were not disclosed.
