Isto Biologics to acquire NovaBone Products for $60 million

Isto Biologics has acquired NovaBone Products in a deal valued at approximately $60 million. NovaBone Products manufactures synthetic bone graft products used in surgical bone repair and healing procedures. According to Isto, the acquisition expands the range of products available to surgeons specializing in bone repair and healing. Isto manufactures biologic therapies and synthetic bone graft products used in more than 15,000 surgical procedures monthly across the United States.
