Included Health to acquire Firefly Health in undisclosed deal

Included Health has agreed to acquire Firefly Health, a primary care and health plan provider serving more than 20,000 individuals nationally. Firefly Health delivers clinically integrated health plans to employers through team-based primary care combined with a nationwide network of virtual and in-person providers. The deal is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, with financial terms not disclosed.
