Hinge Health has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Cylinder Health for $105 million in cash. Cylinder Health is a virtual-first digestive healthcare company providing remote care services for gastrointestinal conditions. Hinge Health said it plans to launch an integrated gastrointestinal care program to complement its existing musculoskeletal and migraine care programs.
