Healthcare Triangle Inc. completed its acquisition of Teyame AI LLC and a share exchange agreement with SecureKloud Technologies Ltd. on July 24, issuing 12,546,540 shares of common stock. Teyame AI LLC and SecureKloud Technologies Ltd. provide artificial intelligence and cloud infrastructure solutions for healthcare organizations. The transactions were previously approved by Healthcare Triangle shareholders. Following the issuances, Healthcare Triangle's market value of listed securities reached approximately $23.9 million as of July 28, bringing the company into compliance with Nasdaq's minimum market value requirement.
