Guidant Power acquires Dyna Scan Technical Services

Guidant Power, a Chicago-based provider of electrical safety and engineering services, has acquired Dyna Scan Technical Services, a Cincinnati-based infrared inspection firm. Dyna Scan specializes in infrared thermography inspections and electrical safety assessments for healthcare facilities and hospital systems. The acquisition follows Guidant Power's November 2025 purchase of Mitchell & Lindsey, an electrical safety firm, and formalizes a years-long working relationship between Dyna Scan and Mitchell & Lindsey serving the same hospital systems. Deal value was not disclosed.
