FOXO Technologies subsidiary Vector BioSource to acquire four blood collection centers from Grifols Bio Supplies

Vector BioSource, a subsidiary of FOXO Technologies Inc., has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire four U.S.-based blood collection centers from Grifols Bio Supplies, Inc. The blood collection centers operate as bio-products collection facilities. Vector intends to use the acquisition to establish a proprietary source of bio-products for its customers and to supplement its existing sourcing model. The deal is expected to require new FDA licensure for Vector, which the company anticipates will expand its addressable market.
