Diversified Data Processing & Consulting Inc. (DivDat), a Detroit-based digital business solutions provider, has acquired Meridian Integration of Jacksonville, Florida. Deal terms were not disclosed. Meridian Integration provides customer engagement software to healthcare providers, municipalities, utilities, and other service organizations. The combined entity will integrate DivDat's payment solutions platform with Meridian's customer engagement software to serve healthcare providers and other organizations seeking to improve customer experiences and streamline operations.
