Daybright Financial acquires ACAPrime, ACA compliance software vendor

Daybright Financial has acquired ACAPrime, an Affordable Care Act compliance and reporting firm, in a deal with undisclosed terms. ACAPrime provides managed ACA reporting, eligibility tracking, filing, and related compliance solutions for employers, brokers, and advisors across the United States. The firm, founded in 2014 and headquartered in Indianapolis, operates under a managed-service model and maintains in-house ERISA counsel and ACA tax and compliance counsel. ACAPrime will operate as part of Daybright Broker Solutions, with its management team and staff remaining in place.
