Davis acquires Lakeview Clinic's four-building outpatient portfolio for $31.3 million

Davis, a national healthcare real estate investment and management firm based in Minneapolis, acquired a four-building outpatient medical portfolio from Lakeview Clinic for $31.3 million. The 114,346-square-foot portfolio includes properties in Waconia, Norwood, Chaska and Watertown. Lakeview Clinic operates as a regional multi-specialty physician group with 62 providers across four locations offering primary and specialty care services. Under the transaction structure, Lakeview extended its leases at each property, allowing the clinic to monetize its real estate while maintaining clinical operations at all four locations.
