Curavit Clinical Research acquires CRO assets of Lindus Health

Curavit Clinical Research has acquired the clinical research organization assets of Lindus Health, a CRO that conducted decentralized, hybrid, and traditional clinical trials across North America and Europe. The deal value was not disclosed. Lindus is shifting its focus to developing its own pipeline of therapeutic assets as Lindus Therapeutics. The combined organization will provide unified trial execution capabilities across both regions for life science sponsors in pharma, biotech, medtech, diagnostics, and digital health.
