Crown MedRealty Partners acquires Michigan ENT & Allergy Associates six-building portfolio

Crown MedRealty Partners, in joint venture with an institutional equity partner, acquired a six-building medical office portfolio occupied by Michigan ENT & Allergy Associates across Western Michigan. The portfolio totals 35,585 square feet across Holland, Grand Haven, Caledonia, Grand Rapids, Grandville, and Allegan, and is 100% occupied under long-term triple-net leases extended as part of the transaction. MIENT provides ear, nose and throat, allergy, and audiology care and is partnered with Parallel ENT & Allergy, a management services organization. The acquisition marks Crown's tenth medical office building acquisition in Michigan, bringing its total Michigan holdings to more than 100,000 square feet.
