Concentra completes acquisition of four Minnesota Occupational Health medical centers

Concentra has completed its acquisition of four Minnesota Occupational Health medical centers in the Twin Cities region, with operations beginning August 17. Minnesota Occupational Health operated occupational health medical centers providing work injury care, physical therapy, drug testing, pre-placement exams, and workforce health services. The centers are located in Coon Rapids, Eagan, St. Paul/Midway, and Shakopee. With this acquisition, Concentra will operate 10 medical centers across Minnesota.
