Center for Hospice Care to affiliate with Visiting Nurse Association Hospice of Northwest Indiana

Center for Hospice Care has entered into a legally binding strategic affiliation with Visiting Nurse Association Hospice of Northwest Indiana, with deal value not disclosed. VNA Hospice NWI is a nonprofit hospice care provider offering end-of-life and palliative care services to patients with serious, advanced illness in northwest Indiana. Both organizations will continue operating under their individual provider licenses. The affiliation is expected to allow patients to transition across a unified nonprofit care network without disruption to continuity of care, according to the organizations.
