Carlinville Area Hospital & Clinics to acquire Macoupin Family Practice Centers

Carlinville Area Hospital & Clinics has executed a Letter of Intent to acquire Macoupin Family Practice Centers, with the transaction expected to close later in 2026. Macoupin Family Practice Centers operates three primary care clinics in Carlinville, Gillespie, and Mt. Olive, providing family medicine and related clinical services. The group is owned by Dr. Bruce Weber and Dr. Brian Quarton. Upon completion, CAH&C will operate medical practices across five locations in Macoupin County.
