Baptist Health System acquires 841 Prudential Drive medical tower for $65 million

Baptist Health System has acquired the 841 Prudential Drive medical tower, a 22-story medical office building that leases clinical and administrative space. The health system has leased space in the tower for nearly 20 years and houses its executive leadership suite there. The acquisition gives Baptist ownership of a property adjacent to its flagship campus.
