Apex Infusion partners with SkyKnight Capital

Apex Infusion has entered into a definitive agreement with SkyKnight Capital, a private equity firm. SkyKnight will become a partner in the infusion services provider. Apex's management team will retain a significant ownership stake and continue to lead the business, while existing investor FFL Partners will remain a minority investor. Apex operates a network of home infusion nurses and approximately 40 ambulatory infusion suite locations.
