American House Senior Living Communities acquires St. Anthony's Senior Living in Kansas City

American House Senior Living Communities and Winterpast Capital Partners jointly announced the acquisition of St. Anthony's Senior Living, a 192-unit senior living community in Kansas City, Missouri. St. Anthony's operates a continuum-of-care model with separate Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care buildings. American House will operate and manage the community, with Winterpast Capital Partners serving as an investment partner. The acquisition marks American House's second community in the Kansas City metropolitan area and fourth in Missouri.
