All Star Healthcare Solutions is acquiring the locum tenens division of Cross Country Healthcare. The division supplies temporary physicians and advanced practitioners to healthcare facilities. All Star ranked as the eighth-largest locum tenens staffing provider in the U.S., while Cross Country ranked ninth. The acquisition is part of Knox Lane's completed $437 million takeover of Cross Country, with both All Star and Cross Country operating as Knox Lane portfolio companies.
