Acentra Health acquires FEI Systems to expand Medicaid technology platform

Acentra Health has acquired FEI Systems, a software vendor providing cloud-based technology platforms for government healthcare agencies. FEI Systems develops configurable software for agencies managing Medicaid, long-term services and supports, and home- and community-based services, with expertise in behavioral health. The combined company will offer an expanded portfolio spanning Medicaid Enterprise Systems, eligibility, provider management, claims processing, care coordination and case management. Financial terms were not disclosed.
